Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Mimosa. If you don't, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to return your order.

How to return

1. Email us at hello@mimosa-milano.com with your order number.
2. The item must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
3. We will send return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in case of a manufacturing defect or order error on our side.

Defective items

If you receive a defective piece, write to us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange the return and replacement.
